Cancellation Policy

Over 40 Days from start date of tour: Deposit is non refundable but can be deferred to another tour date if you request it when cancelling via email info@irishtours.ie or

Full refund excluding deposit.

Under 30 Days: Deposit is non-refundable (cannot be deferred to another tour).
No refund.

What types of tours do you offer?
We provide small group tours, private tours, and custom itineraries across the island of Ireland.
Is transportation included in the tours?
Yes, all tours include transportation in a comfortable vehicle, with frequent rest stops and other stops if needed.
Is there any hidden fees?
No hidden fees or extra charges.
How much luggage can we bring with us?
Luggage is carried at owner’s risk throughout the tour.
Hand baggage and small articles such as coats, umbrellas or cameras are entirely in the care of the passengers.

One suitcase per person and one carry-on bag per person.
Transfer of luggage between the coach and hotel room is not included.

The suitcase must not exceed (30.5”x22”x12.5” inches)
or
(77.5 x 56 x 32 cm).

Carry-on bags should not exceed (12″x11″x6″ inches)
or
(30 x 28 x 15 cm).

Wheeled case’s or carry-on bags are not suitable as hand luggage on the coach.

Carry-on bags must be small enough to store in overhead racks or under the seat in front of you.

Is there travel insurance?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer travel insurance policies to anyone travelling on our tours, but we do advise all passengers to have the appropriate best travel insurance policy.

Please ask your local insurance provider for a policy that covers you while travelling.

Are meals included?

Breakfast is provided at all accommodations.

Lunch and dinners are not included.

Are entrance fee included?
Yes entrance fees are included in the site’s that are mentioned in the itinerary only.
What about travelers with special needs?

Passengers necessitating unique attention must advise Irish Tours at time of booking. Passengers who require particular assistance must travel with a qualified travel companion as Irish Tours driver guides cannot provide individualized help.

As our coaches are not equipped with wheelchair ramps, all tour members must be able to mount 2, 3 or 4 steps into coach. Irish Tours is not responsible for denial of services by any of our suppliers. Due to space restrictions, passengers wishing to take wheel chairs, oxygen tanks, walkers or other assistive devices must send a request in writing for approval.

Irish Tours reserves the right to remove any individual from a tour who has not provided the advance notification.

What is not included?
All items of a personal nature, room service, beverages, telephone charges, laundry, special food requests, etc. meals not specified on the tour itinerary are not included and must be paid by the passenger.
Are Airport transfers included?
Airport Transfers are not included but taxis operate 24 hrs from the airport to Dublin city centre and return.
Are there age restrictions?
The minimum age for small group tours is 12 years old. However private tours are offer with no age limit.
Phones, Gadgets and Electrical.
We use type G plug In Ireland, the power outlets have three-pin plugs with square pins.
You can also conveniently charge your phone in the vehicle if you bring your USB connection with you.
Legal
Passenger contract with Irish Tours is subject exclusively to Irish Law and Jurisdiction for Irish tours.
